Pig in Blanket
Oven roasted hand wrapped Pig in blanket served in a lightly steamed Bao Bun, topped with no Mayo rainbow Slaw drizzled with spicy Sriracha, Honey and sprinkled with Rocket and Sesame Seeds

English Onion Soup
Caramelised Shallots, Leeks, Red and White Onions with Sage. We use Vegetable Stock instead of Beef making this French classic vegetarian friendly and a final English touch, topping it with a grilled Cheddar Crouton

Mackerel
Smoked peppered Mackerel fillet on Lime and Avocado Cream, Walnut crumb, julienne Beetroot and Fine Beans, sprinkled with Watercress and cracked Black Pepper

Puff Pastry
Deep fried Puff Pastry stuffed with caramelised Apricot, Cranberry and Chestnuts on Lemon and Poppy Seed dressed Salad served with Stilton dipping Sauce

Chicken
Deep fried Jerk Chicken mini fillet and Cheddar-Chilli Croquette on a Lime and Rum Marie Rose sauce, sprinkled with Watercress

Brie
French Brie lightly grilled until melting, served on a bed of Green Leaves and Cranberry Coulis

Chorizo
Smokey 5 Bean Chilli topped with crisp cubed Potatoes, seared Chorizo slice and poached Egg sprinkled with Watercress

Slow roasted crispy crackled Belly Pork on smashed Apple and Swede Mash, braised Red Cabbage and Winter Greens Medley served with a Cider, Mustard and Thyme Gravy

Vegetarian Burger
Deep fried and breaded 4 Cheese Macaroni Cake served in a lightly toasted Brioche Roll with spiced Tomato Chutney, Stilton Sauce and no mayo rainbow Slaw served with hand cut Fries and Lemon and Poppy Seed dressed Salad

Turkey
Oven roasted Turkey Breast parcel filled with a Cranberry, Apricot and Ham Hock Stuffing with roasted Carrots, Winter Greens Medley, herby wedged Roasties and a Sage and Nutmeg Turkey Gravy

Duck
Slow roasted confit Duck Leg on creamy Bacon, Parmesan, Mushroom and Pea Risotto drizzled with a Red Wine, Garlic and Caramel Reduction

Fish
Pan seared Haddock fillet on buttery crushed New Potatoes, Fine Beans and roast Red Onions. Drizzled with spicy Arrabiata sauce and topped with Basil Pesto Crumble
