Slow roasted Char Sui Belly Pork topped with streaky Bacon and crisp Pork Scratching drizzled with Hoisin and sprinkled with Watercress

French Brie lightly grilled until melting, served on a bed of Honey Mustard Greens and Cranberry Coulis

Deep fried Breaded Sausage Patty topped with a soft boiled Egg served on caramelised Red Onion, sprinkled with Watercress

Deep fried Tofu Potato Dumplings in a creamy Masala sauce dusted with Sumac

Nutloaf Wellington
Individual Butternut, Sage and Walnut Nutloaf coated in Garlic, Thyme and wild Mushroom Duxelles baked in crisp Puff Pastry served on creamy Dauphinoise Potatoes, roast Carrots and Braised Red Cabbage with a Caramel Red Wine Reduction

Fish
Our Fish of the day fresh from Brixham served with Lime, Ginger and Coconut, Chickpea and Lentil Dahl with toasted Flatbread, Sweet Potato Wedges, Wild mixed Rice and a fresh Tomato Salsa

Duck
Slow roasted Confit 5 spice Duck Leg with roasted Parsnips, seared Orange Segments, Pomegranate and Fine Beans drizzled with Plum Sauce and crisp Chilli Oil

Brisket
Slow braised Brisket with caramelized Onions, roast Carrots and Chestnut Mushrooms combined in a rich Red Wine Sauce served with Creamy Mash and topped with crisp streaky Bacon
