Meet the team

The restaurant is run by Ashley and Georgie, a young couple with a wealth of experience.

Ashley has been @Tristans for 10 years, he has worked his way up to Head chef, he has owned the restaurant for 3 years with wife Georgie.

Ash has a passion for using fresh local produce, and his enthusiasm for introducing new dishes onto the menu whilst maintaining the standard and type of food Tristan's has become well known over the past few years.

Of particular note are his vegetarian options, always having two main and two starter choices for our vegetarian diners and he relishes the chance and challenge to tailor our dishes to cater for people with other dietary needs.

We are a close knit Family run restaurant. Ashley's Second Chef, brother in law Charlie, has completed his level 2 and level 3 in Professional cookery with us and is consistently improving his skills and challenging himself to be the best.

Then there's Ashley's wife, front of house manager Georgie.

Georgie has worked in the catering trade on and off since leaving school.

Again young and bubbly Georgie strives to provide our diners with a relaxed, friendly, fun and pleasant experience- whether that's taking your booking, greeting you on the night through to fetching your coats at the end of the evening, she always seems to have a smile on her face!
