Deep fried Beer Battered Haddock Fillet topped with Lime wedge served on hand cut Fries and Mint and Chilli smashed Peas

Filo
Crisp Filo cup filled with Balsamic Caramel Shallots, Salted Walnuts and Goats Cheese Bonbon, served on a Sugar Snap Rocket and Red Onion Salad

Burger
(This option can be served as a main course however due to stock constraints pre-ordering is advised)
Two of our @Tristans mini Burgers sandwiched with Nacho Cheese Sauce, topped with Bacon Jam on fried Ciabatta Toast and sprinkled with Watercress

Soup
Lightly Curried Roast Cauliflower and Butternut Soup swirled with Mango, Cumin and Ginger Chutney served with Fresh Multiseed Bread

Halloumi
Greek Honey Yoghurt, topped with seared Peach, Red Onion, Fine Beans and Halloumi sprinkled with Watercress and toasted Peanuts

Battered Sausage
Lightly Battered Chorizo slices on Apple and Celeriac Slaw drizzled with a Red Wine, Caramel and Garlic reduction sprinkled with Watercress

Grilled French Brie
French Brie lightly grilled until melting, served on a bed of Green Leaves and Cranberry Coulis

Chicken
Slow roasted Chicken Leg on buttered New Potato wedges, Fine Beans, seared Peach, Feta and home blushed Cherry Tomatoes, sprinkled with Watercress and drizzled with Raspberry Vinaigrette

Dahl
Lime, Ginger and Coconut, Chickpea and Lentin Dahl with Toasted Flatbread, Sweet Potato Wedges, Summer Vegetables, with Mango, Cumin and Ginger Chutney, Honey Yoghurt and Wild mixed Rice

Pork Supplement £3
Oven roasted, served pink, Pork Tenderloin on creamy Dauphinoise Potatoes. Accompanied by Tenderstem Broccoli and Sugar Snap Peas with Red Wine, Caramel and Garlic Reduction, topped with slow roasted Pork Scratching

Liver
Pan seared finely sliced Lambs Liver on Wholegrain Mustard Mash Tenderstem Broccoli and Butternut topped with Caramel Shallot Gravy and crisp Streaky Bacon

Fish
Our Fish of the day fresh from Brixham served creamy Lemon and Thyme Orzo and Barley "Risotto", roast Red Onion, home blushed Cherry Tomatoes, Fine Beans and Watercress

Duck
Slow roasted Confit Duck Leg on seared Butternut, roast New Potatoes, Red Onion and Sugar Snaps served with Orange, Rosemary Balsamic Gravy
