Deep fried Root Vegetable Batons served with a trio of Rainbow Hummus and Raspberry Vinaigrette dressed Salad

Mushroom
Oven roasted Portobello Mushroom stuffed with Goat’s Cheese, Pistachio and Sausage Meat served on a Honey Mustard Salad

Bourguignon
Shredded Ox Cheek with julianne Carrots, Mushrooms and New Potatoes all in a rich Bourguignon Gravy topped with crisp Bacon Lardons

Fritter
Homemade Courgette, Red Onion, Sweetcorn and julianne Carrot Fritters layered with Garlic Coriander Yoghurt served with fruity Moroccan Couscous

Slow roasted Chicken and smokey Chorizo "Paella" Risotto, breaded and deep fried served with Rocket, Cherry Bacon Jam and Olive Oil Cherry Tomatoes
