Shift Manager position

Working hours
Tuesday-Saturday evenings.
Weekends off to be agreed with successful candidate (potentially cleaning shifts to be agreed).
Extra hours over December

Pay rate
To be discussed, dependant on experience / hours

We are looking for a Shift manager to oversee restaurant operations. Including welcoming and serving customers

Shift Manager responsibilities include

• Delegating tasks to the team and supervising their performance
• Looking after our customers to ensure they have a relaxed evening and service is delivered with a smile.
• Overseeing the overall smooth running of service
• Manage dining reservations
• Help staff to resolve any on the job challenges
• Report any training needs
• Training new team members
• Opening and closing of the restaurant
• Balance till at end of service

Requirement skills

• Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or manager
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations
• An excellent customer service approach with the ability to manage any complaints in a professional manner
• Excellent organizational skills
• Team management skills
• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday evenings
