Baked Ricotta and Cheddar Cheesecake stacked on a Quinoa, Black Bean and Pumpkin Seed base topped with pan fried Chestnut Mushrooms crispy Kale and drizzled with a Garlic and White Wine Sauce

Pan fried Somerset Steak Meatballs served on a rich Red Wine, Basil and Tomato Sauce topped with Crisp Potatas Bravas style Potatoes

Pan seared Black Pudding served with Pea Puree topped with a Poached Egg and homemade Hash Brown

French Brie lightly grilled until melting, served on a bed of Green Leaves and Cranberry Coulis

Trio of Smoked Fish: Salmon on Apple and Celeriac Slaw, Mackerel on Chorizo and Red Onion Potato Salad, Trout on Beetroot and Butternut Crème Fraiche

Thick cut slice of Medium Rare Sirloin drizzled with a Balsamic, Red Wine and Cracked Pepper Sauce served on Herby wedged Roasties

Sliced Turkey Breast stacked around Pigs in Blankets and Chestnut, Bacon and Cranberry Stuffing drizzled with Rosemary and Shallot Turkey Gravy

Crispy crackled Belly Pork drizzled with a Taunton Cider and caramelized Apple Sauce served on Herby wedged Roasties

All of the above are served with dishes of Carrot Batons, Broccoli, Brussels and Garlic Kale and Savoy mixed with caramelized Onion

Pan roasted Baby Monkfish Tails set on New Potatoes and a Chorizo, Butternut Squash and Mussel Broth topped with vine on Cherry Tomatoes and Black Wild Rice

Our Vegetarian take on classic Boeuf Bourguignon, sautéed Beetroot, Carrots, Shallots and Mushrooms in a rich Bourguignon Sauce, served with Orange Sweet Potato Mash and a Crusty Roll
