Ginger Beer marinated Pulled Pork topped with Stilton Sauce, Rocket and Red Onion served in a mini Brioche Roll

Rice Paper Rolls
Sweet Chilli, Split Pea, Basmati and Sweet Potato stuffed Rice Paper Rolls deep fried and served on Lime, Coriander and Sesame Seed No Mayo Slaw

Croquettes
Deep fried Rosemary and caramelised Onion Potato Croquettes with a Nduja and Cheddar core served on a rich Tomato and Paprika Sauce

Soup
Roasted Cauliflower, Apple, Celeriac and Chestnut Soup topped with pan seared Garlic Mushrooms and crushed toasted Walnuts, served with fresh Multi-Seed Bread

Sausage
Pan seared cracked Pepper and caramelised Orange Sausages with fresh Pineapple, Peppers and Red Onion sprinkled with Watercress and drizzled with a Maple, Port and Chilli glaze

Brie
French Brie lightly grilled until melting, served on a bed of Green Leaves and Cranberry Coulis

Chicken
Pan seared shredded Chicken, caramelised Onion, Chorizo and crispy Potatoes topped with a poached Egg and sprinkled with Watercress

Slow roasted crispy crackled Belly Pork on Walnut and cracked Pepper Mash, braised Red Cabbage and roasted Carrots with a creamy Inches Cider Sauce

Oven roasted, Bacon wrapped Turkey Breast filled with a Sage and Onion Stuffing on roasted Carrots, our Winter Greens Medley, roast Sausage ball and Herby Wedged Roasties with Classic Turkey Gravy

Risotto
Curried Coconut, Chickpea and roast Sweet Potato Risotto with Aduki Beans, fresh Peas, Parmesan and Sugar Snaps topped with poached Egg and Onion Bhaji

Ox Cheek
Slow roasted shredded Ox Cheek and caramelised Onion En Croute served on creamy Mash our Winter Greens Medley and creamy Peppercorn Sauce
