Starters


Pan seared Lambs Liver
served on Celeriac Puree, Red Onion Marmalade and sprinkled with crisp Parma Flakes

Slow roasted Calamari and Butterbeans spiced with Chilli and Thyme served in a rich Red Wine and Tomato Broth

Thinly sliced Medium Rare Sirloin, Feta and Roast Peppers mixed into a Rocket and Watercress Salad, topped with a Soft Boiled Egg and served on Raspberry Vinaigrette

Shitake Mushrooms combined with diced Sweet Potato, Garlic and Coriander wrapped in quick braised Pac Choi leaves drizzled with a Sweet Chilli and Coconut Sauce

French Brie lightly grilled until melting, served on a bed of Green Leaves and Cranberry Coulis

Mains

 

Wok tossed Chorizo, Red Onion and Baby Monktails Combined with New Potatoes, Spinach and Black Wild Rice drizzled with a Paprika and Red Pepper Sauce

Oven roasted free range Chicken Breast served on a creamy Pea, Parmesan and Milano Salami Risotto sprinkled with Thyme and Parmesan Flakes (Can be made vegetarian on request)

Pan seared Belly Pork Strips coated in a Honey Mustard Glaze served on Beetroot Mash, Fine Beans and Sugar Snaps Peas topped with slices of Crisp Crackling

Pan roasted Gressingham Duck Breast served on a creamy Leek Gratin, Herby Roast Wedges and quick braised Kale drizzled with a Red Wine and Balsamic Sauce

Our homemade 8oz lightly spiced Black Bean and roast Beetroot Burger topped with Goats Cheese, spiced Tomato Chutney, Rocket and Watercress all in a Ciabatta Roll served with Sweet Potato Fries and Red Cabbage Slaw
