Thinly sliced Medium Rare roasted Sirloin
combined with Stilton, Plums, Toasted Walnuts, Leaves and Blackberries

Curried Chicken and Spring Onion Croquettes
sprinkled with Watercress and served on Raita

Grilled Butterflied King Prawns
marinated in Honey and Paprika, served on a bed of finely diced Cucumber, Red Onion and Chorizo

French Brie
lightly grilled until melting, served on a bed of Green Leaves and Cranberry Coulis

Seared Rainbow Beetroot Salad
combined with Candied Pecans, Black rice, Red Onion and Butternut Squash topped with Halloumi Fries

Mains

 

English Lamb Shank
Slow roasted and coated in a Honey, Cumin and Paprika Glaze, sat on a bed of roasted Roots and Sweet Potato Mash

Pan fried Hake Fillet
topped with Poached Egg and Lemon Wedge sat on Pea Puree, crushed New Potatoes, Fine beans and a medley of crushed Nuts

Pork three ways
Pan seared Maple and Mustard Belly: Barbecue Pulled Pork Bonbon: slow roasted crispy crackled Belly all on Celeriac and Apple Puree, Spring Greens and roasted Carrots

Oven roasted Chicken Breast
stuffed with Spinach and Goat’s Cheese served on Colcannon Mash, Sugar Snaps and Fine Beans drizzled with a creamy Cider Bacon and Chestnut Mushroom Sauce

Vegetarian Sevillian Tapas
Spanish Omelette, Manchego and Black Rice stuffed grilled Aubergine. Edamame Beans, Butternut and Cherry Tomato Bruschetta, Chickpea, Spinach and a Yoghurt dressed Mint, Orange and Fennel Salad
