Shredded Smoked Mackerel with warm, buttery, New Potato, Spinach and Watercress, sat on lightly marinated Red Cabbage and Onion. Drizzled with Crème Fraiche Dressing

Tuscan Chicken Soup
Rich and Warming Garlic and Thyme Chicken soup with shredded Chicken Breast, Carrots, Kale and Cannellini Beans served with a hunk of Multiseed Bread

Roasted Shallot, cubed Sweet Potato and torn Mozzarella Salad. Sat on Beetroot Puree, sprinkled with a Walnut Crumb and drizzled with Basil Oil
